The ferry powered through the sea, bringing us closer to Cherry. Ian and I were brought closer by the dual experience of first time travel and unisex toilets.

Smells of eggs

Turns out ferrry’s are a very sedate way to travel.
When I went to Ireland for WarpCon it was on a plane. It was not a happy experience. The ferry had spacious toilets, corridors, fruit machines, air hockey, views of what’s coming up land-wise, the lot.
The back end smells of eggs though.

Dawn’s starting to get right up my nose. She asked me this morning whether she has ‘image approval’ for what I shoot.
She read in some magazine that Davina McCall gets image approval and now she wants it too.
What next? ‘I’m ready for my close-up, Mr Bloom.’!?
